We had a party at our house for some friends and family. It was not as big as we normally have but we decided at the last minute to go ahead and have one. We grilled some hamburgers (sirloin burgers from costco) and hot dogs.

When it started getting dark we lit off our fireworks and then we watched the fireworks one of our neighbors were lighting off. They spent over $2000 on fireworks and put on a pretty good show. They blocked off a street with signs and saying road closed.
It was a fun night. Everyone enjoyed the free (well, free for us) firework show.
